Crisp Betty

Place 4 cups of cut up fresh fruit in a square or round cake layer pan.

Sprinkle top with a mixture of:

    1 Stick softened butter or margarine (1/2 cup)

    1 Cup Brown sugar

    ¾ Cup Flour or quick oats (if oats are used, add 1/3 cup of flour)

    1 Tsp. Cinnamon

    Dash of Nutmeg and Salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and crunchy on top.
